Dan is a manufacturing professional with over 37 years of domestic and international metal casting, manufacturing and business experience. He started with Cadillac Casting as a high school co-op and worked his way into project management and then on to leadership roles. During his time with CCI, he has built foundries and casting facilities from the ground up from Michigan to Mexico, and all the way to Russia. He is the inventor/co-inventor on over 26 patented inventions of new products, methods and processes. Dan has a Bachelor of Arts from Saginaw Valley University and an Executive MBA from University of Michigan.
Chief Financial Officer
Todd first joined Dan Minor as his business partner in 2004 and serves as Chief Financial Officer of Cadillac Casting. Prior to CCI, Todd performed equity and debt transactions for a number of companies. Todd also served as the Chief Financial Officer and shareholder of Image Tele/Video, Inc. Prior to joining Image Tele/Video, Inc., Todd served as Vice President in corporate banking for seven years at NBD Bank and Firstar Bank managing a large portfolio of corporate loans in a variety of industries. Through a special bank liquidation assignment in 1995, he gained extensive experience in crisis management and troubled loan work-out. Todd earned a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern College and an M.B.A. from the University of Iowa. He achieved the CFA designation in 1991.
Vice President Business Development
Kyle joined Cadillac Casting in January 2010. Prior to joining Cadillac, he had various sales roles with Intermet Corporation and Formtech Industries. He has over 20 years of sales experience in the metals industry. He received a bachelor of arts in economics from Albion College and received his master’s in business administration from Northwood University.
Dennis joined Cadillac Casting in February 2007 and has over 21-years of industry experience. Prior to arriving at Cadillac Casting, he worked in variety of sales and business development roles for Eagle-Picher Automotive, Citation Corporation and Hayes Lemmerz International. Dennis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Franklin Pierce College and is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
COO & General Manager
Mark started with Cadillac Casting’s predecessor company, CMI International in 1977, as a high school co-op student, and continued as a student at Muskegon Community College in their Foundry and Machining Technologies programs while working full time at the former CMI facility in Montague , Michigan. He has over forty years of plant management experience in the metalcasting industry, working with with aluminum, ductile iron, and production machining with an operations management, manufacturing engineering, and program management background at six different locations around the country and in Mexico.
